The Free Trial Funnel was broken. The process was convoluted, with unclear calls-to-action and pages that were not industry specific.
My team and I clarified the value propositions of each vertical solution within Salesforce.org as well as streamlined the Free Trial Funnel so that the user knows exactly what they will be getting in terms of value before they sign up.

A series of industry homepages were created for users to self identify with their industry and provide further information. These pages include industry statistics and third party validation from notable organizations. An interactive diagram teaches users about the specific tools Salesforce.org offers to aid them in their fields. Finally, we end the page with commonly asked questions to ensure prospective customers are fully informed.
The first phase of the Salesforce.org redesign has launched and was recently showcased at Dreamforce 2017. My team is currently developing the redesigned "getting started" user journey as well as the remaining pages of the site. We have a great relationship with the client and this project has lead to more projects including a complete redesign and development of their product tour interfaces.View Salesforce.org
